Operating under the principle that "Creating art is inseparable from learning about it," New York-based Work Architecture Company has developed a comprehensive scheme for New York City’s beloved Children’s Museum of the Arts.

A new 10,000-square-foot space secured in Hudson Square features the color wheel as a way-finding system for different program elements to co-exist along more open and flexible spaces. Super-sized graphics and multimedia projections decorate key moments in the circulation, and the layering of spaces allow for unique visual connections throughout the experience.

According to Work, "Every surface is designed to allow for children to make art and learn about it seamlessly." Looks like a good time for all ages.
