Design Harvest
Monday, October 18th, 2010
Design Harvest is a new, annual street festival in Chicago. The inaugural festival took place on October 2 and 3, and was the result of a collaboration between the West Town Chamber of Commerce and Post 27. Design Harvest is a juried festival, and vendors were encouraged to pull out all the stops in their booths. Participants included local furniture and home accessory makers, vintage and antique collectors, and other local retailers. Renegade Handmade presented a "DIY" tent and The Hideout supplied the music. Design Bureau intern Lauren Del Campo was on hand to document the Harvest.
