Architecture and Design Film Festival

Wednesday, March 28th, 2012

"Design directs everything" is the guiding conceit of the Architectural and Design Film Festival , which comes to Chicago's Music Box Theater from Thursday April 12 - Monday April 16. Featuring 30 some films (a completely new selection of features, docs and shorts)—it includes Beth Aala's Pool Party about Brooklyn's McCarren Park pool, a short on Studio Gang Architects: Columbia College Chicago MPC, The Gruen Effect on the father of the shopping mall, an Eames doc, and a feature-length doc about the shaping of opinion on public housing The Pruitt-Igoe Myth that's sure to be provocative, the fest can only be stimulating to our ideas, and not just about architecture.

Lucky you. As a Design Bureau reader, you've got the chance to enter to win a pair of tickets to attend ADFF any day you like. All you have to do is email  Design Bureau before Tuesday, April 10 with "ADFF" in the subject line to enter. We'll pick winners and notify them Wednesday, April 11. Good luck.
