Leefa & Christopher chairs

From furniture designer Charles Constantine, the Leefa chair and the Christopher chair. The maple and rubber Leefa came first, inspired by leaf-spring suspension in automobiles. And though it appears totally rigid, the back slats flex as pressure is applied, giving a unexpected level of comfort. The Christopher, also designed by Constantine, takes its design cues from the Leefa and adapts them for the outdoors. Using aluminum and HDPE, the chair is 100% recyclable and assembled with common hardware, so that when the time time comes, the chair can be easily broken down. Both are available at Voos
