One Piece, No Stitches

If you let your mind go while viewing Benjamin Hubert's Garment, you really can forget that it is a chair, and not a dress. But there's something about the shape of this modern club chair that reminds us of something that might catch your eye at a soiree—and that's true all the way down to Hubert's construction. Hubert designed the Garment for Cappellini and it consists of one piece of fabric (750 x 700 mm x 700mm) with no stitches, wrapped over a polyurethane and foam frame and secured with Velcro. It's even got pleats.
